Course Length:  The course is approximately 6 hours in length

 

Description:  This course is designed for the person who wishes to learn how to utilize the many tactical advantages a red dot has to offer

Topics covered include:

• Understanding red dots

• Zeroing

• Maintenance

• Sight acquisition

• Holdover/offset

• Advantages/Disadvantages

​

Items needed:

• Appropriate attire

• Personal protective equipment (hearing and eye)

• Defensive handgun with red dot (limited loaners available)

• Quality holster (IWB or OWB, holsters available for loaner handguns)

• Quality belt

• Approximately 400 rounds of ammunition (all loaner handguns are 9mm)
